Who are your industry partners?
We partner with Stripe, PayPal, Visa, and Square for payment processing along with Coin payments for crypto payments. Our other partners are AWS, Cloudways, GoDaddy, Western Union, FedEx, UPS, etc.
How many custom websites do you have currently?
We have over 550 custom websites that are active or under development since launch in September of 2021.
Is your platform PCI compliant?
Yes. Laganoo is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means all your data and customer information are secure.
Can I try it for free?
Yes, you can, you can try our do-it-yourself "Basic package" for 30 days free, no credit card is needed.
How long are your contracts?
All Laganoo plans are month to month unless you sign up for an annual plan. Annual plans are non-refundable.
When was your company started?
Although we did a soft launch with custom websites in September 2021, the company formally started in August of 2020, we have been working for the past one and half years on the development of our platform and to assemble a team, partners, and other resources.
If I am outside of the US can I open a store online on Laganoo?
Yes, you can, you can be living anywhere in the world and build a website on Laganoo.
Which countries can you process payments in?
Laganoo payment is available in 40 countries and over 130 currencies. We continue to add new partners all across the world. In addition, we partner with PayPal to process payments for your store.
If PayPal and credit card processing isn’t available in the country I live in, can still accept payments online and get paid?
Chances are that we may have a solution available for you and getting you paid, please contact us directly.
What are your processing rates?
Our rates are very competitive, 2.9% + .30 cents.
For custom website development, is content included?
No, content is not included. The customer provides us the content such as text for the site and product images and descriptions. However, we provide a certain number of general licensed images (not product images) based on the package that is selected.
How long will it take to get my custom website finished?
If all content (logos, videos, images, and text) for the site is provided by the customer all at once we can finish the site in two weeks.
Do you add product images and descriptions on custom websites?
No. We will show you how to add product images and descriptions to the site. We have easy-to-follow video tutorials that show step-by-step how to add products.
What if I don’t have my store logo or the logo is too old and doesn’t have the correct digital files for it, can you design it for me?
Yes, for an additional small fee we can design a new modern and attractive logo for your store.
Can I update content and images on my site?
Yes, you can change or update content images at any time, and you will have full access to the site management portal.
